I joined MAN v FAT a couple of months ago and I honestly can't say enough how it has helped my health, fitness, and mental health. This club has a brilliant sense of community and togetherness. It has made trying to lose weight enjoyable and achievable for me. This is a massive highlight in my week and I highly recommend Man vs Fat to anyone who is looking for an enjoyable way to  lose  weight .
