Welcome to MAN v FAT Preston. This is an active Club but, at present, there is a waiting list for places. Please feel free to sign up and your MAN v FAT coach will be in touch soon. (you will not be charged a monthly subscription of £35.00 until your place in the Club is confirmed).

Thursday is now Man v Fat night! We have a fantastic community of men who are all seeking the same thing: the improvement of their health and fitness! We are one club here at Preston, 8 teams, but 1 club. We are in it together and we support each other in the ups and downs of life! This is our ethos. I always look forward to seeing guys come in, weigh in and show me what they have been doing for the week. To see their progress and if they need help, then help is what they get! Preston Man v Fat is always welcome to all, so come and see what we are about!
