Attending the MAN V FAT sessions has been an incredibly positive experience for me. From the moment I joined my first session in May 2024, I felt welcomed and understood by others who were on a similar journey. The camaraderie among the other guys, particularly the members of my team, has been one of the most significant aspects of the program for me. We all share the same goals and challenges, and this shared experience creates a strong bond that motivates me to keep going. The structure of the sessions, combining football with weight loss goals and weekly weigh-ins has provided me with both the physical activity I need and the support to keep me accountable. The coaches and fellow players are always there to offer advice, and the competitive element of the games/league adds an extra layer of motivation, pushing me to improve not just for myself, but for my team as well. Beyond the physical benefits, the support I've found at MAN V FAT has been invaluable towards helping me lose 20kg since joining. It's not just simply about losing weight or having a kick about; it's about building confidence, learning to enjoy exercise, and developing healthier habits that will last a lifetime.
