The most rewarding part of the my job is hearing from members about the healthy habits they have incorporated into their lives which have made a significant impact not only with their weight loss goals, but also improvements to their physical and mental health. MANvFAT is not just a weight loss programme, it is an awesome community that provides members with fantastic support and it is both an honour and a privilege to be a Man v Fat league coach! I look forward to welcoming you to the team!

JOINING MAN V FAT HAS ENABLED ME TO FIND A WAY FOR THE FIRST TIME TO ACHIEVE WEIGHT LOSS, IN A FUN & SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT. THE FORMAT OF WEEKLY MATCHES WHERE LOSING WEIGHT HELPS YOUR TEAM TO WIN ONFIELD MATCHES GAVE ME THE PUSH TO LOSE WEIGHT. ACCOUNTABILITY AND WEEKLY SUPPORT FROM TEAM MATES & THE COACH IS WHAT I NEEDED TO LOSE WEIGHT WHILST ALSO GIVING ME A CHANCE TO ENJOY PLAYING FOOTBALL AGAIN WHILST MAKING NEW FRIENDS IN THE AREA. THE SUPPORT YOU GET FROM OTHER PLAYERS, NOT JUST IN YOUR OWN TEAM BUT ALSO THE OPPOSITION TEAMS HELPS KEEP YOU MOTIVATED TO REACH THE NEXT MILESTONE GIVEN TO YOU BY THE COACH. TO BE EDUCATED BY DISCUSSING MY WEEKLY NUTRITION AND EATING HABITS HELPED ME REALISE HOW ALL THOSE SNACKS AND HIDDEN SUGAR ADD UP AND I NOW MAKE HEALTHIER EDUCATED CHOICES. THANKS TO MAN V FAT, MY WEIGHT HAS DROPPED BY 25% SINCE I JOINED.
