You are welcome to register and your MAN v FAT coach will contact you when a place is available (you will not have to pay the monthly price of £36.50 until your place is confirmed). MVF Bridgend are one of the newest clubs in wales but have already made a huge difference to the lives of so many men with over 1000kg lost in just over 2 years, and a community created that’s unlike any club across the UK, it’s an honour to coach the club with the ethos of community first where losers win!

MvF Bridgend has changed my entire outlook on life. I’m now fitter and ten times more healthier than when I started, and so much more confident on a football pitch! A lot of the credit goes to the people and coaches of the club. Without Quinny and everyone at the club being so welcoming I wouldn’t have been where I am today! A truly life-changing experience!
