I have only been working at MANvFAT for a short period of time, however in that time I have seen a group of strangers grow into a small community. The support these guys show each other is unrivalled and as a result of this, has equated to huge weight loss in the first season. Over a 10 week period the group of men managed to lose a whopping 143kg. The initiative is ever growing and I would encourage anyone who is looking to lose weight and join a supportive, friendly community to get involved.
