Welcome to MAN v FAT Gosport. This is an active Club. Please feel free to sign up and your MAN v FAT coach will be in touch soon. (You will not be charged a monthly subscription of £35 until your place in the club is confirmed). You may qualify for funding via Hampshire County Council for members registering with a Hampshire County Council Postcode (Excludes Portsmouth & Southampton - you'll be able to see if you're eligible before you make a payment to register.
As a nutritionist, working for Man v Fat has to be one of the most rewarding and inspiring jobs I have ever had. As well as seeing our members achieve amazing weight losses, averaging at 1 stone per person per season, it is also evident that improvements are being made week in week out in physical fitness, football skills and improved mental health. Man v Fat is so much more than just a weight loss programme, it is a place for like minded people of all shapes, sizes and abilities to achieve their goals, and make lasting friendships, in an environment full of fun and without judgements.

Before joining MANvFAT I was 124.7kg I was in a depressed state, overeating and not having the energy or compassion to do anything. I saw an advertisement for MANvFAT and with the support from my family decided to give it a go. For me it's been life changing- I have had amazing support from my coach Mel with tips on healthy eating. I have put this into practice and have just got my 20 per cent weight loss certificate. I have lost 26.6kg so far, my confidence has increased and so has my energy levels, I am a lot fitter and enjoy doing exercise. Without the support from my team mates I would not have been able to achieve what I have done so far, so a massive thank you to you all for helping me and for MANvFAT for inspiring me to make a change that I so desperately needed.
