6 years ago I was in a bad place both mentally and physically. I saw an advert for manvfat football and nervously attended my first session. I went on to lose 20% of my body weight as a player and now as a coach I get the opportunity to welcome new players and see life-changing achievements. You only need to take the first step, after that your coach and new found community will be by your side
