As well as seeing our members achieve amazing weight losses, averaging at 1 stone per person per season, it is also evident that improvements are being made week in week out in physical fitness, football skills and improved mental health. Man v Fat is so much more than just a weight loss programme, it is a place for like minded people of all shapes, sizes and abilities to achieve their goals, and make lasting friendships, in an environment full of fun and without judgements.
