Since it’s inception MvF Tonbridge has been a rollercoaster of a journey. Goals and losses on the pitch and in the weigh in room, never a dull moment! My League is formed of an incredible bunch of men who have all decided to take the path to better their health. Forming friendships with others who they may not have crossed paths with in their day-to-day life. I’m fortunate enough to find myself in a position of trust, where they can be open and honest with me, allowing themselves to maintain a realistic view of the struggles and successes that weight loss can bring. I too am on a weight loss journey, having lost 100lbs and counting, therefore feel I’m well placed to be able to help my guys reach their goals. Join us, together we can thrive!
