I was unsure if Man v Fat was going to be for me, but I decided to join 6 months ago, and felt immediately welcomed. All of the members are here for the same goals and the culture created is very supportive. The weekly football is really inclusive with zero pressure on ability, and we also complete regularly challenges outside of football as a team too. The encouragement and support has helped me make a positive change to my lifestyle and a great start to my weight loss journey, losing over 7 stone in the first 6 months with the club, giving me the confidence to push forward.
