Since Joining the MANvFAT program last year, my outlook has changed completely in terms of what I am eating, what exercise I am doing and my general lifestyle, from the first week of joining despite being so nervous, I was welcomed in to my team and felt accepted from the outset without being judged. Since then my confidence has grown and my drive to be healthier and help not only myself but my team as well. The journey has been a joy and I look to encourage others along the way as they did with myself. MANvFAT has reignited my passion for football and being part of a team mentality has changed my thoughts on weight loss and encouraged me to change my eating habits and be more active as well as looking to lose weight on a weekly basis to provide more goals to our team total. I am looking forward to continued success on and off the pitch and a good weight loss too.
